Scott Brannan is a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley. He is a graduate of Kutztown University, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and Missouri State University. While attending Villanova, he was a member of the Clinic for law and entrepreneurship, where he advised small businesses through the challenges associated with creating an entity, operating and growing a sustainable business. Scott received his MBA from Missouri State University to further develop his skills and knowledge in every aspect of a business and to provide a broader strategic perspective for businesses. After graduating from law school, Scott served as Law Clerk to the Honorable President Judge Margherita Patti-Worthington of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. In that role, he was gained experience in determining the most effective methods of advocacy for clients.
Scott practices in a wide array of areas including business law, bankruptcy, and personal injury. He is experienced in helping business through every aspect of formation including selection of the proper entity to fit the needs of a new business and operations such as drafting the contracts that are necessary for a successful business. Scott is also experienced in representing individual and businesses in Chapter 7 Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 filings. Scott has also handled personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls.
