Get to Know Mark Moulton

Attorney Moulton has been practicing law in Northeast PA since 2002.    Prior to that he practiced in Ohio for four years.    He was also admitted to practice in Kentucky in 2017.

Mark obtained his undergraduate degree and Master’s at the University of Cincinnati, while also being a member of the marching band and a resident advisor and Eagle scout.   Mark actively practices in Pike and Wayne Counties, where he represents criminal defendants, parents and children in children and youth proceedings, debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, probate and estate planning/ administration, and family law.   While out of the office Mark is active in the Wills For Heroes program, Mock Trial Competitions and in the community.

By sustaining practice in more than one area he is able to bring a blended perspective to representation drawing upon his diverse background.   This diverse approach allows him to dynamically represent clients by using strategies that fit the case and location.   Mark uses these approaches to bring a client’s position to the Court or other side and then explain the results.
