Jason Costanzo has represented individuals for estate planning and estate administration across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice focuses on planning for the inevitabilities in life including death, incapacity, and taxes. He believes that building personal relationships with each client is the key to rendering legal services successfully. Carefully listening to each client about their particular financial or estate planning goals is critical and has earned Jason recognition as a “Top 40 Under 40” distinction by The National Trial Lawyers and as a “10 Best Attorney for Exceptional and Outstanding Client Service” by the American Institute of Legal Counsel.
Many people mistake estate planning for “just having a will.” Jason’s practice incorporates many different types of estate planning tools to help fashion a plan that is specific to you and your family’s situation. These tools include Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare Proxies, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and “Do Not Resuscitate” documents.
Jason authored “The Estate Planning Survival Guide,” which he provides to our community free of charge. You can download a free copy of Jason’s book here. Jason is open for business during the COVID-19 Pandemic and is presently accepting new clients. Please contact our Stroudsburg office to setup and appointment with him today.
