Attorney Nicholas Masington has been practicing law in Northeast, PA since 1990. A transplant from Philadelphia, he is a resident of Palmerton, PA where he resides with his wife of 30+ years Sandra. Currently, Attorney Masington divides his time between the firm’s Monroe County Law Office, Bethlehem Office, Carbon County Law Office, and Pike County Office where he works with his wife Sandra, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, and his son Dillon who serves as his paralegal. From day one, he has devoted the bulk of his practice to the areas of Divorce, Family and Domestic Relations Law and over the years has served thousands of clients in that capacity. He takes a “no nonsense”, hard working approach to his cases and his focus is aimed at obtaining the best result possible in the shortest time possible and at the least expense possible for his clients.

Outside of the office, Attorney Masington believes in “playing hard” as well. He is a Mixed Martial Artist and currently operates “Rat Pack Fighting Systems” (www.rpfightingsystems.com) a training facility in Palmerton, PA where he coaches and manages a team of professional and amateur MMA fighters which includes his son Dillon.
