Francis J. Rizzo, Jr., who also goes by “CJ” works in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group. CJ earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. In law school, he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Current Issues in Sports Law and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing. He completed his B.A. In Political Science at Moravian University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. CJ is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. CJ comes to the firm from an Atlantic City law firm where he practiced in their Casino Defense Litigation department. Prior to his time in Atlantic City, he completed his Judicial Clerkship where he clerked for the Hon. Jean S. Chetney, J.S.C. In the Salem County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. CJ also completed an internship with the Hon. Michael J. Silvanio, P.J.Cr. In the Cumberland County Superior Court, Criminal Part. He served as a Law Clerk at a Pitman, NJ firm where he worked primarily on employment law matters. While in law school in Charleston, CJ served as a volunteer in the Charleston County Probate Court.
